Westwood Farm
On a 200 hectare working farm, Westwood Lodge is run by the Lions Clubs of Canberra and Queanbeyan
Westwood Farm provides a refuge or haven for at-risk youth in our community through contracted service providers in education, job preparedness, accommodation and horticulture.
The organisation aims to provide experiences for young people that allow them to gain confidence and self-respect, as well as building skills in team work, problem solving and farm management activities.
All the profits from Westwood Lodge are used to further this aim and provide positive programs to equip at-risk youth to reach their full potential, while encouraging the development of their skills and talents.
