Booking Terms and Conditions Bookings: All school and group bookings are to be made with the Lions Youth Haven (LYH) Administration Manager responsible for Lodge arrangements. Bookings will be secured on receipt of an initial non-refundable booking fee of $500.00. This payment will be offset against the final payment. Bookings or changes will be confirmed by email. Payment of this fee assumes you accept the conditions outlined in the Agreement to Booking Terms and Conditions. This Agreement forms part of the Booking Request Form.
Cancellation: Cancellation may be either full or partial. Notification of cancellations must be made in writing no less than three months prior to arrival. The booking fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. An exception will be made if the cancellation is due to inability to travel as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, in which case the booking fee will be held in credit towards a future booking or a refund can be issued minus a $100 administration fee.
